2011- 3GCI is working with 3 village projects in Ghana that address green building design and construction and solar energy.
South Sudan
2012- We are forming partnerships with infrastructure projects in villages in South Sudan.

Green Technology- 3GCI believes improvements to urban infrastructure will have particular impact on economic development and efforts to reduce poverty and achieve the Millennium Development Goals. 3GCI will support green and innovative technology options in all infrastructure projects.
Partnerships that foster leadership- 3GCI forms partnerships between university programs. Through these educational partnerships, 3GCI will create unique leadership opportunities in the field of urban development.
Prevention, not reaction: We learn from previous efficient and adaptable models, making it easier to prevent problems instead of fixing them. This method is more practical and makes economic sense.
Distinctive design strategies: As we bring positive change to these communities we will maintain the uniqueness of local architecture while incorporating modern design and technology.
